Spinach and Avocado

Ingredients

1 Cup/Handful of Spinach (40 grams or 1½ oz)

1 Cup/Handful of Broccoli Florets (40 grams or 1½ oz)

1 small Avocado (stoned and peeled) (120 grams or 4 oz)

1 Cup of sliced Fine Beans (120 grams or 4 oz)

30 grams or 1 oz of Sunflower Seeds Hulled

200 ml / 7 fl oz of Almond Milk (Unsweetened)

Protein 14g, Fat 35g, Carb 12g, Fibre 15g, 426 Kcals

Preparation

Place the nuts or seeds into the Tall Cup. Screw the Nutribullet Extractor Blade on to the top of the cup. Invert the cup, press it down into the Nutribullet Power Base and twist it into place. Blast them for 30 seconds. Put the rest of the solid ingredients into the cup and press them down below the Max Line. Add the fluid base to fill the cup up to the Max Line. Screw the Nutribullet Extractor Blade on to the top of the cup. Invert the cup, press it down into the Nutribullet Power Base and twist it into place. Blast the mixture until it is really smooth (20 or so seconds). Enjoy!
